Overview

We kindly request you to carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when making a purchase of our products. This policy is applicable to all orders placed with us.

Delivery Timeframe:

Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the time of placement on our website. However, in rare instances of logistical issues at our courier partner's end, there may be minor delays in the delivery process. Your understanding in such cases is greatly appreciated.

• If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
• If you wish to return an order delivered to you, return shipping charges will be deducted from the order amount and the balance amount will be refunded. However if the product is damaged, we will bear the return shipping charges.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, we will cancel your order and refund the complete amount

Q: Do you have COD option?

A: We don't have Cash on Delivery(COD) available right now, but good news - it's coming very soon! Stay tuned, we'll make sure you can enjoy that option shortly.
